The Welfare Association of the Wives of Ministers and Deputy Ministers (Bakti) invited 19 welfare homes at a Chinese New Year luncheon jointly organised with YTL Corporation Berhad at JW Marriott Hotel here on Tuesday 24/2/2015.
Some 350 guests representing old folks homes, disabled centres and orphanages were celebrated during the luncheon which was attended by Bakti president Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor.
